Step 8
Issue miniature sheets and sell them for 12 times the face value.

This is the text of the official announcement of New Zealand Post:

A special joint marketing venture between Telecom New Zealand and
New Zealand Post sees the production of this exquisite combination
Stained Glass Windows PhoneCard/Stamp sheet collector pack, which
salutes the miracle of Christmas. Only 3000 sets incorporating the
Stamp Sheet and four PhoneCards have been produced making it an
ideal product for those seeking limited issue editions. New Zealand
Post's allocation is only 1500 packs and we believe these will sell
quickly. If orders exceed supply a ballot will be held on 15 January
1996.

The stained glass window images featured on both the PhoneCards
and stamps are taken from St Mary's Anglican Church, Christchurch
and The Lady Chapel of St Luke's Anglican Church in Christchurch.

Adding to the uniqueness of this impressive issue, the Stamp Sheet,
a Certificate of Authenticity and the Archangel Gabriel PhoneCard
all have matching serial numbers. The Stamp Sheet is gold foiled and
has been produced especially for this pack.

The miniature sheet has a face value of NZ$ 6.20, the telephone cards of NZ$ 40. The latter are of no special value for stamp collectors and people living outside New Zealand. Anyway, they may always be sold for NZ$ 40.
But what does this combination with a face value of NZ$ 46.20 cost?
Not more than NZ$ 115!
Less NZ$ 40 for the phone cards that's NZ$ 75 to be paid for a miniature sheet of NZ$ 6.20!
